Dante Apartment - 6pax
Spacious triple room flat, with two bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen and two bathroom with shower, one for each room. 85 square meters (280 square feet) on the 4th floor with no lift. Up to 6 places available over two double beds ( each bed can be diveded in two single beds ) and a double sofa-bed in the sitting room. David Apartment - 2pax
This studio flat has a big skylight, a picture window and it is on the side of the building that faces Via Ricasoli, a few meters away from the museum that hosts the awesome David by Michelangelo. 30 square meters (100 square feet) on the 4th floor with no lift. 2 places available in a double sofa-bed.

Suite Duomo + David
The attractive option of linking the Duomo and David contiguous apartments is available, resulting in a ample and rationally distributed lodgin. The new, bigger area will be made of a kitchen/sitting room area (David apartment) and a night area (Duomo apartment).
Conditions
Prices are comprehensive of all bills, water, electricity, gas, and final cleaning of the apartment.
When booking, a 30% deposit of the final fee must be paid in advance.
All payments are to be made cash when collecting the apartment keys at the beginning of the stay.
Keys are to be collected after 4 o’clock PM on the day of arrival. Keys are to be handed back by 11 o’clock AM on the day of departure.
How to get here
By train: from the Stazione (Station) di S. Maria Novella through Via de’ Cerretani get to the Piazza (Square) Duomo. At the traffic lights of Piazza Duomo, keep going forward with the square on your left, until you reach the third street across on your left, Via Ricasoli. After a few meters, you will find us at number 15.
By plane: reach the station with the “shuttle” that leaves from the airport and continue as indicated above.
By car: Whether you are arriving from the A1 (Firenze Nord exit) or from other routes, follow directions for Centro/Stazione (Centre/Station). Once arrived at the Fortezza da Basso turn right on Via Lavagnini. From here, turn right at the first street across ( first light), which should be Via S.C. di Alessandria. Follow the road straight on and you should be on Via Nazionale. Turn left in Via Guelfa and carry on to Via Alfani. Then turn right on Via della Pergola and at the crossing via Via S.Egidio turn in Via Bufalini, carry on to Via Pucci until you cross Via Ricasoli. Turn right and after approximatively 30 meters (100 feet) number 15 should be on your left.
Since you will now be in a ZTL area (“Zona traffico limitato”, Limited traffic area) you are allowed to temporarily park to unload your luggage but you must then leave your car outside the ZTL or in a private garage.
