There are excellent connections with the motorway, allowing you to reach Florence, Pisa and their airport in a very short time. Motorway Exit A11 Lucca Est (Firenze-Mare)
Turn left, after the bridge before the third traffic lights turn left (towards Viareggio). Straight on to "Ponte San Pietro", after the bridge over the river turn right and you're there.

Motorway Exit A12 Lucca Ovest (Genova-Livorno)
Straight on from the toll-gate to a bridge and left at the third traffic lights. Go straight along the road (towards Viareggio) to "Ponte San Pietro", after the bridge over the river turn right and you're there.
