All complex is build with consideration of the local nature surrounding the
villa. Whole area especially the garden, for a fresh relax under the trees
after a sunny day, is kept with great care.
The country Villa offers recently-restructured independent Apartments with
a garden and all comforts, of various sizes (from 50 to 90 qm) for 2-6
people.
Together with the features of the mansion frpom Forio’s port (100 meters)
there is every day trip for Capri, Naples, Amalfi, Sorrento, Pompeii,
Positano, Vesuvio
Villa is in Forio on the northern side where there are a lot of evocative
areas of naturalistic interest; It is the only town which has preserved its
entire historical centre with its tiny streets, churches, sighting towers
and monuments.
The charming village of Forio Of Ischia with its many restaurants where it’
s possible taste some tipycal food, bar, pubs, delicatessen shops, is only
five minutes at walk from Villa
Villa are near the most beautifully seaside of Island and the most important
Thermal garden (Poseidon and Negombo).
The main Beaches of Ischia (Citara, San Francesco, Cava dell'Isola ,
Chiaia) are at walking distance from the Villa , but you can also walk
there or take Bus or minibus.
The nearness to the bus station allows also to reach the most far places of
the town, like garden of Villa Gancia; 'Villa Mortella garden's Lady Walton
(1st in the competition anniversary ' The beautifulr Park of Italy 2004 ') ;
Poseidon Thermal Garden ( a park with more 20 swimmingpool in a bay of

Beaches
You can go at The most rinomate beaches of Island at foot or by and
continuous service Bus and microbus:
Chiaia Beaches, ideal for families with children,distant 350 meters;
Cava dell'Isola Beach, the more important beach for young people, 900
meters;
Citara Beach, where is Poseidon Thermal Garden, approximately 1 km;
San Francesco Beach, paradise under Tip emperor approximately 1,5 km;
Bay of Saint Montano, a splendid bay where is the wonderful thermal park of
the Negombo.
Citara beach – Forio.This beach is at the foot of Epomeo, and is one of the
most popular on the island. the crystal-clear water that laps the beach
mixes with the thermal water spas in several points, allowing you to bathe
in the sea and reap the benefit of thermal water at the same time.
Baia di San Montano – Lacco Ameno.This unusual beach, closed in between
Mount Vico and Mount Zaro, has unique characteristics compared to the island
’s other beaches. The clear sea water is very hot and the water is extremely
shallow

Sant’Angelo
To-day the old fishermen village Sant’Angelo is an international touristic
resort. No cars are allowed to drive in Sant’Angelo and unlike the other
Ischia’s villages it’s still a peaceful oasis. Full of trees and plants of
any kind in Sant’Angelo you can have marvellous panorama with the all
coloured houses joined to the small hill on the harbour. Small roads which
overlook at the blue and clear sea.
Boutiques with exclusive griffes, fine jeweller’s shops, ateliers,
craftmanlike goods, expecially the local pottery, allow the visitors a
special shopping

Thermal parks or gardens represent one of the most loved tourist attraction
of the island: they consist of a series of swimming pools, containing as
well sea water and thermal water, facilities for bathing and for beauty
