At your arrival you will receive a detailed map of Florence where the major monuments are indicated, as well as the restaurants and trattorias that we usually suggest. Please ask the front desk for more information.

The rooms are available from 1:00 pm.
Early arrival.
If you arrive at the hotel before your room is ready we will hold your baggage in our deposit. Our lounge and a toilette service are available for your confort.
Late arrival.
We always hold the confirmed reservation for late arrival. Anyway, we kindly ask you to send a message with the predicted arrival time.
Check-out:
before 12:00 noon.
On the departure day we can hold your baggage in our deposit, free of charge.

Garage with valet service
We have an agreement with a garage that can pick up and deliver the car from the door of our Hotel. 24 Hours parking costs 25 Euro for a car. 35 Euro for minivans and deluxe cars. Valet service is included for arrival and departure.
The clients should pay the garage with cash when receiving the car at the check-out. The garage is located very close to the hotel. Every day the garage is closed between midnight and 7:00 am.

Our rooms have minibar.
Laundry service
A laundry and dry cleaning service is available Mon-Fri with delivery the day after at 6:00 pm.
Safe deposit
Safe deposit box are available at the front desk free of charge.
The Hotel has two floors, both served by elevator.
The breakfast room is open from 7:30 to 10:00 am and is located on the first floor.
Pets are welcome.
